Home Inspection

As part of an in-home inspection GPZ's highly skilled electricians will look for the following un-safe conditions, or items not up to specifications and codes:

• Are service panels accurately labeled?
• Are the appropriate wire sizes and types being used for each breaker?
• Do any junction boxes have open connections or over-crowded wiring?
• Has all splicing been done correctly in accessable areas?
• Are upgrades from aluminum wiring to copper needed?
• Are all outlets functional and wired correctly?
• Are there any other potentially hazardous conditions?
